Shipping & Returns
It may take 1-3 days for orders to ship out from our warehouse, if you choose to pick your item up at Fringe Boutique you may pick it up at 2:00 p.m. on our next business day if your purchase is made by 6:00 p.m.
Shipping times vary for domestic and international. Please contact us for specific shipping inquiries. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, except for Priority Mail Express. Priority Mail Express is guaranteed to be delivered within 1 to 2 days of shipping from our warehouse. Priority Mail 2 day is estimated to be delivered within 2-5 days of shipping from our warehouse. We are not liable if you do not receive your package on the delivery date. USPS is responsible for all delivery dates (including Priority Mail Express).
Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Please allow 7 business days before inquiring about the status of your order.
Orders over $200.00 require a delivery signature confirmation (at no extra cost).
We are not responsible for return shipping or lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
If you want to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost (shipping varies on the USPS method you choose).
All packages shipped over $200 are insured.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with USPS. Please allow 7-15 days from the 'delivered' date (provided by usps.com) before creating an insurance claim. Due to USPS policy, you must wait 7-15 days before you can file a claim for your lost/stolen package. Read below for time limits regarding filing insurance claims:
Insured Mail (includes Priority Mail): file from 15 to 60 days
Priority Mail Express: file from 7 to 60 days
Claims cannot be filed for first class packages. Insurance is unavailable for first class shipping.
If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
International orders are subject to custom fees [we are not responsible for these fees].

Returns are accepted for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All returns must be returned to Fringe Boutique or shipped and in our possession within 20 days of the date purchased.
Monogrammed items, sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. (This includes FLASH SALE items and percentage off sales!) Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. Please do not return these items to us unless you would like us to donate them to a local charity.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back for a $10 return fee or donated to a local charity.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will result in the shoes being ineligible for return.
To return items purchased online is easy - Follow these steps:
OPTION A :
1. Contact Fringe & Fabric and have a return label emailed to you. ( email@example.com )
2. Package your return in the above mentioned condition along with return slip.
3. Print and attach the return shipping label.
4. Drop off or schedule a package pickup from USPS.
OPTION B :
1. Drop package off at Fringe Boutique.
2. All items returned will be processed by Fringe & Fabric within two days.
NO ONLINE RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED BY THE GIRLS AT FRINGE BOUTIQUE AT OUR BRICK & MORTAR LOCATION.
